Continuous adoption of new technology has been the watchword of the Company — strengthening its diverse operations across state-of-the-art manufacturing units in Bihar, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh.

Our production process
Procurement of Yarn
Premium quality yarns are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers to ensure consistency, durability, and superior fabric finish before entering the production cycle.
Dying of Yarn (Yarn Dyed)
Selected yarns undergo precision dyeing using controlled processes to achieve rich, uniform, and long-lasting colour quality suitable for premium textile production.
Weaving
Dyed yarns are woven on advanced looms by skilled technicians to create structured fabrics with consistent texture, strength, and craftsmanship.
Dying of Fabric (Piece Dyed)
The woven fabric is processed through piece dyeing techniques to enhance colour depth, softness, and overall fabric appearance based on production requirements.
Quality Check at Production
Every fabric batch undergoes detailed inspection during production to identify weaving defects, colour inconsistencies, and finishing irregularities.
Dispatch to Central Warehouse
Approved production lots are systematically packed and transferred to the central warehouse for inventory management and final distribution preparation.
Quality Check at Central Warehouse
A secondary quality assessment is conducted at the warehouse to ensure all products meet packaging, measurement, and quality compliance standards.
Packing
Products are carefully folded, labelled, and packed using secure packaging methods to maintain presentation quality and transit safety.
Dispatch
Finished products are dispatched through streamlined logistics channels to domestic and international clients with timely shipment coordination.
